I’m Sebastian Henriksson, founder of Betting on the Future and a student at Grace Church School. I’ve always been drawn to the stock market—not because I’ve been trading since middle school or made a fortune on early tech picks—but because I’m genuinely fascinated by how companies grow, how trends form, and how the market reflects the world around us.

I’m particularly interested in how companies that I interact with grow. How they build loyalty with their Gen-Z customer base, how they market to Gen-Z and how they plan to build their company around Gen-Z consumers. I draw inspiration from investigative investors, specifically short sellers, who look into the inner working of the company. Investors like David Einhorn, Bill Ackman, and, Steve Eisman.
